Table reservation by phone worked, the staff is very friendly, orders were taken quickly and the starters were not long in coming, the food looks fresh and tastes very good! (Meat skewers and salted peas, huge portion) Then came the sushi, beautifully arranged, there were 4 free sushi rolls as decoration! The sushi made an absolutely fresh and excellent impression, it was well tempered and very tasty! Absolutely good restaurant with high quality food, the price is not exactly cheap, but definitely worth the food!

I ordered TWO IN LOVE to take away as a New Year's Eve menu. Menu triggers a taste explosion but it really does. I am very enthusiastic and can only recommend Katsu to others.

I absolutely cannot understand the negative reviews. I stayed here 4 weeks ago and have only positive things to say. - Great, modern and upscale ambience - Super friendly team - we never had to wait long for something, we received everything in the normal time frame - the food itself is a dream, thanks to the chefs inside! - the whiskey tastes good too;)

Good food here....I have visited the place regularly as it is a few minutes walk from my house. The food here is great but the customer service is wanting. Some time today,we waited for someone to take our order for over 30 minutes and we had to just leave when we felt we could not wait any more. We had stood at the door for quite a while before admission despite two of the staff coming to admit us, asking similar questions and moving on with their business. Despite the fact that the food is great, I feel it will be good for the management to look more on customer service.

Sushi top, selection too! However, despite a reservation, you had to wait 15 minutes for your table. Overcrowding ?! Higher price, but adequate for the food. Service very well set up, but not very attentive. Waited 45 minutes for starters and 1 1/2 hours for sushi.

Super nice and courteous service. The food is the best Asian I've had in years. The flying noodles with tuna or duck breast are highly recommended.

Service was professional, but unfortunately not attentive. The dishes are true works of art and they are all very tasty. I can definitely recommend a visit.

I would recommend this place for Japanese cuisine. We ordered Summer roles and Thai curry and both of them were really nice in taste. Before I forgot mentioned, we also ordered flying noodles, I would say taste was okiesh of these flying noodles but I like the presentation of it.

My two visits to the Katsu were great. A very nice shop, which also offers the opportunity to sit outside in summer. The staff are very accommodating and friendly. There is a selection of homemade lemonades offered are fully recommended. The starters and mains as well as the offer of sushi are great and also recommendable. Priced the Katsu is a bit higher, but in any case not expensive. The prices are completely justified. All in all, the Katsu is worth a visit!

One of the best or the best restaurant in Ingelheim. The quality is just great. Unfortunately, on Saturday evening several ingredients were missing. So not everything could be ordered from the menu. But what could be ordered was great. The prices are OK. The staff is friendly and courteous. I'll be back 👍.

The food was fantastic! Awesome variety and selection. A bit on the pricey side and the wait was longer than usual for the main course, but the food was very good.
